Branding Methods
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the barrel or pen sleeve from a laser etched printing plate. Branding is available on the barrel top at 32mm x 8mm, the full barrel at 50mm x 6mm, and the pen sleeve at 55mm x 20mm. This method is suited to solid colour logos, text and simple artwork on curved pen surfaces. Pad print can reproduce sharp detail and is commonly used for promotional pens.
Digital printing applies full colour artwork directly onto the barrel surface. Branding is available on the barrel top at 30mm x 7mm and the full barrel at 50mm x 5mm. This method is suitable for multi-colour logos, gradients and fine-detail artwork. Digital print uses CMYK values and is ideal for more complex branding designs where multiple colours are required.
