Branding Methods
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the barrel from a laser etched printing plate. Branding is available with a maximum area of 50mm x 6mm. This method is suited to solid colour logos, text and simple artwork on curved pen surfaces. Pad print can reproduce sharp detail and is commonly used for promotional pens.
Digital printing applies full colour artwork directly onto the barrel surface with a maximum branding area of 80mm x 5.8mm. This method is suitable for multi-colour logos, gradients and fine-detail artwork. Digital print uses CMYK values and is ideal for more complex branding designs where multiple colours are required.
Rotary screen printing applies artwork around the barrel surface with a maximum branding area of 40mm x 28mm. This method provides a larger branding area than standard side printing and suits horizontal artwork. It is a practical option for cylindrical products where increased logo visibility is required.

The Javelin Pen has a glossy ABS barrel, push-button mechanism and slim profile. It is available in a variety of colours for different branding styles.
