Pad Print: Branding areas are notebook front and back 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm, and pen positions D and E 60mm x 7mm. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the notebook cover or pen barrel and suits sharp logos and text on smaller branding areas. Each colour requires its own setup charge, and variable data such as individual names is not available.
Screen Print: Branding areas are notebook front 100mm x 170mm, notebook back 80mm x 170mm, and pen position A 65mm x 12mm. Notebook branding is one-colour only. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the surface and suits simple logos, text and bold spot-colour artwork. It is not recommended for gradients, photos or full-colour designs.
Rotary Screen Print: Pen position A branding area is 65mm x 12mm, with one-colour branding available. Rotary screen print wraps spot-colour artwork around the pen barrel and is useful when a simple logo or text needs a larger pen branding area.
Direct Digital: Pen positions D and E are 75mm x 6mm. Direct Digital prints artwork directly onto the confirmed pen surface and suits full-colour logos, fine detail and closely matched spot colour branding within the narrow pen branding area. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, while metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
