Branding Methods
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the barrel, clip or pen sleeve from a laser etched printing plate. Branding is available on the barrel at 42mm x 8mm, on the clip at 28mm x 5mm, and on the pen sleeve at 55mm x 20mm. This method is suited to solid colour logos, text and simple artwork on curved or smaller print areas. Pad print can reproduce sharp detail and is commonly used for promotional pens.
Rotary screen printing applies ink around the barrel surface with a maximum branding area of 38mm x 20mm. This method provides a larger branding area than standard side printing and suits horizontal artwork. It is a practical option for cylindrical products where increased logo visibility is required.
Digital printing applies full colour artwork directly onto the barrel or clip surface. Branding is available on the barrel at 42mm x 7.5mm and on the clip at 28mm x 5mm. This method is suitable for multi-colour logos, gradients and fine-detail artwork. Digital print uses CMYK values and is ideal for more complex branding designs.
