Description
The Fjord Backpack is a versatile roll-top commuter backpack made from 600D ripstop polyester with 210D lining. It has a 17L capacity, a padded compartment for laptops up to 15 inches and a PU panelled base for added durability.
The roll-top closure uses squeeze-release buckles and snap buttons to help secure the main compartment. A padded back, adjustable shoulder straps, zippered front pocket and discreet zippered side pocket complete the design.

Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 150mm x 90mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for bag branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 150mm x 90mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 150mm x 90mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.
Backpack Construction
The Fjord Backpack measures 470mm high x 365mm wide x 125mm gusset, excluding the handle and straps. It has a polyester top half, PU bottom panel, polyester lining and PE foam inner padding.
The design includes a padded laptop compartment, zippered front pocket and discreet zippered side pocket. The handle measures 185mm, while the adjustable shoulder straps extend to 900mm for comfortable carrying.
