Express Cup Claritas - 350ml
Description
The Express Cup Claritas is a 350ml single wall reusable coffee cup with a crystal-clear, gloss-finish body made from BPA-free Acrylonitrile Styrene (AS) plastic. It has a screw-on polypropylene lid with a splashproof flip closure and silicone seal, and a heat-resistant silicone band. The cup is not dishwasher safe and handwashing is recommended.
The lid, silicone band and flip piece can all be mixed and matched across the standard colour range, with five combinations included in the price and additional combinations available for an extra charge. Branding is available on the band and flip piece, with an optional natural gift box and full-colour edge-to-edge printed sleeve also available. The design is registered in Australia and New Zealand.

Branding Options
Rotary screen print wraps one colour of ink around the silicone band. Not suitable for gradients, photos or multi-colour designs. Each colour requires its own setup charge. Branding area is 220mm x 20mm on the band.
Silicone digital print is a CMYK+W digital process designed specifically for silicone surfaces, producing full-colour artwork with a durable, flexible matt finish. The branding resists cracking and fading with regular use. Gradients and detailed logos are achievable. One setup charge applies regardless of print colours. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced. Branding area is 60mm x 20mm on the band.
Debossing presses a heated metal plate into the silicone band to create a permanent recessed impression. The finish can be subtle, particularly on coloured silicone. Suited to bold, simple logos and clean text. Not suitable for fine detail, gradients or variable data. Branding area is 60mm x 20mm on the band.
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink onto the product and is available in two positions: the band at 50mm x 20mm and the flip piece at 16mm x 25mm. Each colour requires its own setup charge and variable data is not available.
Acrylonitrile Styrene (AS) Plastic
The cup body is made from Acrylonitrile Styrene, commonly known as AS plastic, a BPA-free copolymer selected for its exceptional optical clarity and high-gloss surface. Unlike standard opaque cups, the transparent body of the Claritas allows the colour of the silicone band to show through the cup wall, creating a layered visual effect that changes with each colour combination chosen. AS plastic is rigid, lightweight and well suited to hot liquid use. Handwashing is recommended to protect the material and any applied branding over time.
Custom Gift Box Wraps
Optional full colour gift box wraps add an extra branding layer to selected drinkware items, including bottles, ceramic mugs and reusable coffee cups. The wrap is digitally printed edge to edge in full colour, creased, folded and formed into a sleeve that slides over the gift box for a clean branded presentation.
This option is well suited to detailed artwork, gradients, patterns, campaign graphics and personalised branding. Sleeves are printed edge to edge, allowing the full wrap area to be customised without changing the gift box itself.
Variable Data Option
For an additional cost, gift box wraps can also be personalised with individual names or variable data. Personalised sleeves are useful for staff onboarding packs, client gifts, conferences and event merchandise where individual presentation is required. A personalisation surcharge applies per line.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in editable vector format or as high-resolution bitmap artwork. Supplied bitmap files should be over 300DPI at the actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added where artwork runs to the edge of the sleeve.
