The Encore is a compact 16 litre cooler with real presence, built from extra strong 420D diamond weave ripstop with a tough 600D polyester base and PVC backing. It comes in four bold colourways, black, navy, lime and red, each sharpened with black trim and a fine diamond texture that gives it a quality, sporty look.
And it is loaded: a roomy insulated main compartment with a protective baseboard, quick access pull tab and Velcro lid, a side mesh pocket for a drink bottle, a zippered front accessory pocket, heavy duty zippers throughout, an adjustable shoulder strap and rubber feet. Branding can be applied by SupaColour full colour transfer or by embroidery.

It combines screen and digital printing with a printed white base, so photographs, gradients and fine detail come through sharp and vibrant, and the colour stays true whichever bag colour you choose. One setup covers the whole design however many colours it contains, and the print is hard-wearing and long-lasting. It is applied to the pocket over a 150mm x 70mm area.
- Embroidery stitches your design into the fabric in rayon thread, for a raised, textured finish with a depth and perceived value that printing cannot match. It is hard-wearing, and one setup covers up to twelve thread colours per position. Thread colours are matched to the nearest available shade from the thread chart, so it suits logos, lettering and solid shapes. It is stitched on the pocket over a 100mm x 70mm area.

The Encore is built from 420D diamond weave ripstop polyester with a 600D polyester base. Ripstop weaves a grid of stronger threads through the fabric, so a snag or nick stays put instead of running into a tear. A PVC backing on the ripstop and a latex rubber backing on the base seal the weave against water, and the heavier 600D base takes the wear where the bag sits down.
The insulated main compartment has a protective baseboard to hold its shape when loaded, and a pull tab with a Velcro lid opens it in one motion. A mesh pocket on the side holds a drink bottle, a zippered pocket on the front takes the smaller extras, and the zippers throughout are heavy duty. It carries on an adjustable shoulder strap, and rubber feet lift the base off the ground. At 16 litres it suits lunches, a day at the beach or drinks for two.
Care and Use
Wipe the fabric and lining clean after use and let the bag air dry before storing.
