Branding Options
Screen Print: Maximum branding area is 120mm x 90mm. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the lunch bag and is suited to simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork. For multi-colour artwork, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer is usually the better option.
Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 130mm x 80mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Embroidery: Maximum embroidery area is 90mm circle. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, variable data is not available and fine detail should be avoided.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 130mm x 80mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 130mm x 80mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.

Impact Aware
Impact Aware highlights products selected for a lower-impact profile. Each item in the range meets at least one of three criteria—using recycled inputs, drawing on natural materials, or partnering with brands that return value to people or the planet. You’ll also see an Impact Aware icon on the main product image, making it easy to spot eligible items at a glance.
Made with Recycled Materials
These products repurpose existing resources—such as recycled plastics, paper, fabric, or metals—to reduce demand for virgin material and extend the life of what already exists. Examples across the range include RPET and recycled stainless components, as noted on individual product pages.
Made with Natural Materials
Items in this pillar prioritise renewable inputs like cotton, jute, bamboo, or paper. They’re chosen for everyday practicality while leaning on materials that come from nature and can be renewed. Product specs identify the natural material used for each item.
