Description
The Aspiring Cooler Bag is a functional 13L cooler bag made from 600D polyester with thick PE foam insulation and a water-resistant PEVA inner liner. It has a 150mm gusset, zippered top closure, smart zip pulls, woven carry handle and adjustable shoulder strap.
The large zippered front pocket and two mesh side pockets add extra storage, while the elastic lacing sits across the top panel. Branding options include Screen Print, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery, Embroidery and DigiFlex Transfer across the supplier-confirmed branding areas.

Screen Print: Maximum branding area is 140mm x 120mm. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cooler bag and is suited to simple one-colour logos, text and bold artwork. For multi-colour artwork, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer is usually the better option.
Colourflex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 140mm x 120mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours, although metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced.
Faux Embroidery: Maximum branding area is 140mm x 120mm. Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It is suitable for bold, larger artwork and can be better than conventional embroidery for smaller prints. Limitations include no Pantone matching, reduced stitch clarity at smaller sizes, no metallic colours and poor suitability for fine detail.
Embroidery: Maximum embroidery area is 85mm circle. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, variable data is not available and fine detail should be avoided.
DigiFlex Transfer: Maximum branding area is 140mm x 120mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a DTF direct-to-film digital transfer process for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for personalisation or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and only needs one setup regardless of print colours, with limitations including no metallic, neon or fluorescent colours and minimum detail around 1mm.
