Rotary screen print applies your design by pushing ink through a fine mesh screen onto the bottle as it turns, laying down a solid, opaque colour over a 215mm x 100mm area. On the clear bottle close PMS colour matches are achievable, while on the charcoal bottle a light or white ink shows up best and any PMS match will be approximate. More than one colour can be run, each with its own setup, though the colours cannot be held in tight registration, so it is best to send your artwork through for assessment. Screen print suits bold logos, solid shapes and clear text rather than gradients or photographs. The ink dries quickly, and artwork should be supplied in vector format with fonts converted to outlines.
