OUR PRICE BEAT GUARANTEE

New Zealand’s lowest price is our promise and to ensure you get the best available price, we check the competition.  If you find a lower price, we’ll beat it.  All you do is follow the conditions below.

A competitor’s price must be in the form of a written quote, located in New Zealand and with product from a New Zealand supplier. Order details and the services provided must be identical to those offered by PROMOVISION.

The price quote must include company details with name, registered business address and be less than two-weeks old. Prices for products due to promotions, rebates or for items advertised below our cost aren’t eligible,

We want you to be a happy PROMOVISION customer for a long time and will do everything in our power and within our policies, terms and conditions to ensure that.

ON-TIME DELIVERY GUARANTEE

No two products or orders are the same, but normal delivery time is 6-10 workings from signing-off on the proofs and after making payment.  Expedited delivery may require additional cost. If you don’t receive your product within the agreed upon time frame, you will receive a 10% discount on that order.

Exceptions are goods damaged, lost or delayed by the carrier and beyond our control, and any goods that are not printed in-house. 

In all cases, Promovision Ltd. delivery is Free, using 48-hour courier services of our choice. Limitations are that orders are sent to a single address within New Zealand.  Additional charges will apply for deliveries to more than one location.

We accept no liability for any loss sustained through late deliveries from any cause; claims for damages arising from negligence, lost or delayed by the carrier must be made with them directly and to help, we’ll provide contact information. Please notify us of any claims of this nature and we will work with you to assist with resolution of the issue.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required upon confirmation of your order.

 

OVER and UNDER RUNS

We make every effort to ship the exact quantity ordered but reserve the right to over ship or under ship by 5% and invoice accordingly. When an over run is not requested, your order may be under shipped and the actual delivered quantity will also be invoiced.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be cancelled without terms that compensate us for all incurred costs, including specially purchased product purchased for the order.

PRODUCT DEFECTS

Promovision Ltd. Products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects, but claims must be made in writing within 10 days of the invoice date. Claims for defective goods will be settled by replacement and credits or refunds at our discretion.

Some products are low-cost promotional items and may have minor imperfections that do not impair product function.  Imperfections of this kind must be accepted when purchasing and not be considered faulty products.

PRINT QUALITY/ PMS COLOURS

We print all goods with modern ink using accepted industry printing processes. We are not liable for ink wearing-off from wear and tear.  PMS colours are matches as accurately as our inks allow, but cannot guarantee close matches on surfaces other than white.  PMS colour matches are approximations when digitally printed.  Half-tones and detailed graphics may not reproduce perfectly on all products, and we take no responsibility for imperfections other than where noted on proof sheets.

PROMOVISION Ltd. is not liable for errors where a proof has been submitted and approved by the Customer, and shall not be liable for an indirect or consequential loss or damage of any loss to the customer arising from third party claims occasioned by errors in carrying out the work.

PRINT SIZES and PRINTING OPTIONS

Print sizes and options shown on our website are guidelines and can be adjusted within reason. We will advise on the most appropriate size and option upon reviewing the artwork.

LIABILITY FOR ERRORS OR OMISSION

When paper proofs are signed by customer as correct, we accept no liability of any kind for errors or omissions.  Costs for remedial action requested the Customer will be invoiced to their account accordingly.

OWNERSHIP

Ownership of goods sold remains with us until payment is received in full.  We shall be entitled to recover from the Customer the value of goods as invoiced, as a liquidated sum.

The above exclusions and limitations shall not apply to a consumer as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.  The Customer agrees and acknowledges that they either don’t fall under the definition of ‘Consumer’ within the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or that the supplies, goods and services provided by us to the Customer will be acquired for the Customer’s business purposes, and the provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.

The warranties herein are expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all such warranties being hereby expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
