Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our promotional products and services

: Choose your plush toy style, select the quantity and branding method shown in the price calculator, then upload your artwork. We'll send a digital proof for approval before production starts. If you are unsure which branding method suits your logo, email us your artwork and we can recommend the best option for your chosen plush toy.
: The plush toy range covers a wide selection of animal designs, from classics like the Giraffe Plush Toy and teddy bear through to lion, kiwi, elephant and dozens of other characters. Every plush toy has the same soft polyester construction and RPET filling, so the choice mostly comes down to which animal suits your brand or audience. For a distinctive option, the Cotton Bear Plush Toy is designed for collecting signatures and personal messages at events and milestones, rather than just branding. All styles come with a polyester t-shirt in a choice of colours for printing your logo.
: All plush toy branding happens on the t-shirt, which gives a printable area of 70mm x 40mm on the front and back. Screen print suits simple, one to three colour logos and is priced per colour, while Colourflex transfer and DigiFlex transfer both handle full colour, detailed artwork for a single setup charge regardless of colour count. Faux embroidery is available on most styles and gives artwork a stitched, embroidered look without the cost of true embroidery, best suited to bold, larger designs. Visit our branding methods page for a full overview of each option.
: Full colour branding is available through Colourflex transfer or DigiFlex transfer, both of which reproduce detailed, multi-colour artwork on the t-shirt. Branding is limited to the t-shirt panel rather than the plush toy itself, so it is not edge to edge across the whole toy. The printable area is 70mm x 40mm on the front and back of the t-shirt. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced with either method.
: Yes, but only through DigiFlex transfer, which supports variable data and can print a different name on each t-shirt. Screen print, Colourflex transfer and faux embroidery are all set up for a single fixed design and cannot vary from toy to toy. Personalised plush toys like the Teddy Bear Plush Toy work well for staff gifts, retirement presents or named event giveaways. Confirm personalisation is available for your chosen style before ordering.
: Yes, every plush toy in the range is part of our Impact Aware collection, made with RPET filling from recycled materials rather than virgin polyester fill. This applies across the whole range, including popular styles like the Zebra Plush Toy and Elephant Plush Toy. Packaging is loose packed and, for most styles, plastic free as well. It means every plush toy you order already carries a genuine environmental credential, not just a handful of styles.
: Plush toys are a popular choice for corporate gifting, real estate settlement gifts, trade show giveaways, fundraising campaigns and kids' promotions. The soft, huggable format tends to get kept and displayed rather than thrown out, which extends brand visibility well beyond the event it was given at. Many customers order an Assorted Plush Toys selection to offer a mix of animal designs within a single campaign. Because every style shares the same t-shirt branding area, mixing animal types does not complicate artwork or setup.
: The official minimum order quantity for plush toys is 25 units. Smaller runs are possible, though unit pricing increases because setup charges are spread across fewer pieces. All plush toys are locally stocked and branded in NZ, so standard production timeframes apply. Mixing t-shirt colours may be possible depending on the style, so check with us or confirm on the product page before ordering.
: Yes, loan samples are available for many plush toy styles, subject to current stock. Samples normally need to be returned in like-new condition once you have finished with them. Tell us which animal design and t-shirt colour you would like to see and we can confirm availability and any costs before sending one out.
: For screen print and faux embroidery, vector artwork is preferred, such as AI, EPS or a print-ready PDF with fonts converted to outlines. Colourflex transfer and DigiFlex transfer also accept high-resolution bitmap artwork at 300 DPI or higher at the actual print size. Visit our artwork page for full file specifications. We send a digital proof before production so you can confirm logo size and placement on the t-shirt.
: All plush toys are locally stocked and branded in NZ. Production typically takes around one week once artwork is approved, though it can be as quick as 3 working days when decorators have capacity. During busy periods such as the lead-up to Christmas, or if equipment needs unexpected maintenance, production can extend to around two weeks. If you have an event date or deadline, let us know early and we can confirm what is achievable before you place your order.
: Plush toys are typically ordered as a standalone item rather than bundled with other promotional products, since they tend to be chosen for a specific purpose such as a real estate settlement gift, trade show giveaway or fundraising campaign. If you are planning a broader gifting programme and want other genuinely eco-friendly options, our wider Impact Aware collection covers categories beyond plush toys as well. Contact us if you would like help putting together a promotional package and we can talk through what would work for your campaign.
