Branding Options
Screen Print
Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen onto the canopy with a squeegee. This umbrella's screen print option is limited to one colour, and may need a white base on darker canopy colours to keep the colour true. It suits bold, simple logos best. One setup charge applies. Variable data is not available. Branding area is up to 160mm x 120mm. The panel with the tie cannot be branded.
Colourflex Transfer
Colourflex is a CMYK plus white digital transfer process suited to full colour, detailed designs and approximate spot colours. It uses water based inks and gives a durable, soft touch matt finish that is machine washable. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced, and minimum detail is 1mm. One setup charge applies regardless of print colours. Branding area is up to 160mm x 120mm. The panel with the tie cannot be branded.
DigiFlex Transfer
DigiFlex Transfer is a direct to film digital process suited to personalisation and variable data such as names. It uses water based inks and gives a durable, machine washable finish. Metallic and neon colours cannot be reproduced, and minimum detail is 1mm. One setup charge applies regardless of print colours. Branding area is up to 160mm x 120mm. The panel with the tie cannot be branded.
Materials
The canopy and matching sleeve are made from rPET pongee, produced by recycling used water bottles and food packaging into a woven fabric, placing this umbrella in the Impact Aware collection. Using rPET reduces the amount of new plastic entering production. It's supported by fibreglass and metal ribs and a steel shaft. The handle is Japanese oak, giving the umbrella a natural, premium finish, and it folds down to a compact 285mm for easy carrying.

Impact Aware

Made with Recycled Materials
