Description
The Spark Stylus Pen is a twist-action plastic ballpoint pen designed for both writing and touch screen use. It features a matte barrel finish with colour matched trim for a clean, consistent appearance. The pen is fitted with a standard ballpoint refill containing black ink and delivers a writing distance of up to 500 metres. A twist-action mechanism and 1mm nib provide smooth, controlled writing. The integrated stylus allows interaction with touch screens without removing gloves. Spark can be supplied loose packed or presented in an optional cardboard pen sleeve.

Pad print is a cost-effective branding method ideal for single colour logos and text. It is well suited to curved pen surfaces and smaller branding areas. This method provides clean, accurate reproduction on matte plastic barrels. Pad print is available on pen positions D and E at 50mm x 7mm and on position C at 20mm x 4mm. It is also available on the cardboard pen sleeve at 55mm x 20mm.
Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen print delivers sharp spot colour branding and is best suited for larger artwork. It is designed specifically for cylindrical products such as pens and produces consistent results. This method is ideal for bold logos and simple graphics. Rotary screen print is available on pen position A at 50mm x 12mm.
Direct Digital Print
Direct digital print is ideal for detailed or multicolour artwork. Ink is printed directly onto the pen surface and dries instantly. This method does not require multiple colour setup charges. Direct digital print is available on pen positions D and E at 50mm x 6mm. Metallic and fluorescent colours are not available.
Digital Packaging Print
Digital packaging print is used for multicolour branding on the optional cardboard pen sleeve. It allows complex artwork to be printed in a single pass. Only one setup charge is required regardless of the number of colours. Digital packaging print is available on the cardboard pen sleeve at 80mm x 25mm. This option is available on natural sleeves only.
