Pad print branding is available on the barrel at Positions D and E, with a maximum branding area of 50mm x 6mm or 32mm x 8mm depending on artwork layout. This method is well suited to simple logos and solid colour designs. Each colour requires a separate setup. Pad print delivers a durable, clean finish on the glossy barrel surface. Cardboard pen sleeves can also be pad printed with a branding area of 55mm x 20mm.
Direct Digital
Direct digital branding is available on the barrel at Positions D and E, with artwork sizes of up to 50mm x 5mm or 30mm x 6mm. This method allows for full-colour designs and fine detail without colour limitations. It is ideal for logos with gradients or multiple colours. Direct digital print produces a smooth, high-resolution finish. Branding is applied directly to the barrel surface.
Digital Packaging Print
Digital packaging print is available on the cardboard pen sleeve only, with a maximum branding area of 80mm x 25mm. This option allows for full-colour artwork and detailed designs. It is suitable for enhancing presentation rather than branding the pen itself. Digital packaging print is available on natural sleeves only.
