Switch Dual-Tip Pen
Description
Switch Dual-Tip Pen combines an inkless tip and a ballpoint pen in one barrel. One end features a metal alloy tip that deposits small amounts of metal onto the page, creating pencil-like marks without refills or sharpening. The other end uses a 1mm ballpoint tip with black Dokumental ink and a 1000 metre writing distance. Both ends are protected by removable plastic caps. The barrel is available in gloss white or matte black finishes with chrome trim details. This design offers two writing styles in a single pen.

Branding Methods
Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen printing wraps ink around the barrel for extended single colour branding. On this pen, artwork can be applied up to 60mm x 12mm in one colour only, giving strong visibility along the barrel length. The process rolls the pen while applying ink, which helps maintain consistent coverage across curved surfaces. It suits bold logos and simple designs that benefit from a larger print area.
Pad Print
Pad printing applies ink to the barrel using a silicone pad for clean, precise results. Branding can be positioned up to 60mm x 7mm on the barrel surface. This method is suited to spot colour logos and fine detail artwork. It works well where a more compact branding area is preferred.
Direct Digital
Direct digital printing applies full colour artwork directly onto the barrel surface. Branding can be positioned up to 60mm x 6mm. This method supports gradients, detailed logos and multi-colour designs without additional setup for each colour. It suits more complex artwork that cannot be reproduced with standard printing methods.
