It suits complex artwork, colourful logos and approximate spot colour branding with a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and very fine detail should be avoided where possible.
Faux Embroidery: Branding area, 180mm x 90mm. Faux Embroidery uses Colourflex Transfer artwork digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It works best for bold artwork where a stitched-look finish is preferred without conventional embroidery. PMS matching is not available, metallic colours cannot be reproduced and fine detail is not recommended.
Embroidery: Branding area, 100mm x 55mm. Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the product, creating a slightly raised finish and a higher perceived branding value. It has one setup charge per position for up to 12 thread colours. PMS colour matches are approximate, individual names are not available with embroidery, metallic thread colours may have special pricing, and fine detail should be avoided.
DigiFlex Transfer: Branding area, 180mm x 90mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for full-colour designs, names or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and requires one setup regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and minimum detail is around 1mm.
