Branding Methods
Pad printing transfers artwork onto the cardboard barrel using a silicone printing pad. Branding is available on the barrel with a maximum area of 55mm x 6mm, and on the pen sleeve with a maximum area of 55mm x 20mm. This method is suited to solid colour logos, text and simple artwork. It provides a clean branding option for natural cardboard surfaces.
Digital printing applies full colour artwork directly onto the cardboard barrel. The maximum branding area is 55mm x 6mm. This method is suitable for multi-colour logos, gradients and fine-detail artwork. It works well where the branding needs more colour detail than pad print allows.
Roll printing applies artwork around the barrel surface with a maximum branding area of 55mm x 20mm. This method gives a larger print area than standard side branding. It is suited to horizontal artwork, longer text or repeated branding layouts.
