Branding Options

Screen Print: Front, 100mm x 160mm. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the polyester bag panel. It is suited to simple logos, text and bold spot-colour artwork. For full-colour artwork, gradients or fine detail, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer are better options.

Colourflex Transfer: Front, 100mm x 160mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital transfer process for full-colour bag branding. It suits complex artwork, colourful logos and approximate spot colour branding with a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and very fine detail should be avoided where possible.

Faux Embroidery: Front, 100mm x 160mm. Faux Embroidery uses Colourflex Transfer artwork digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It works best for bold, larger artwork and can be useful where a stitched-look finish is preferred without conventional embroidery. PMS matching is not available, metallic colours cannot be reproduced and fine detail is not recommended.

DigiFlex Transfer: Front, 100mm x 160mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for full-colour designs, names or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and requires one setup regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and minimum detail is around 1mm.

Backpack Construction

The bag measures H 420mm x W 308mm x 137mm gusset and is made from 220gsm woven polyester with polyester lining. It has a 17L capacity, drawstring closure, large zippered front pocket, internal pockets and mesh detailing on the side.

Reinforced eyelets at the back of the backpack add strength, while the thick cords support sturdy carrying. Royale is supplied loose packed.
