Description
The Origami Foldable Duffle is a handy 28L custom branded duffle bag made from 210D polyester. It has strong woven carry handles and folds away into a compact carry pouch for easy storage.
When the duffle is in use, the pouch discreetly zips into the end of the bag. This lightweight promotional duffle bag is well suited to travel and can be branded with Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer.

Colourflex Transfer: Branding area, 120mm x 70mm. Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital transfer process for full-colour bag branding. It suits complex artwork, colourful logos and approximate spot colour branding with a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and very fine detail should be avoided where possible.
Faux Embroidery: Branding area, 120mm x 70mm. Faux Embroidery uses Colourflex Transfer artwork digitised to create texture and depth that mimics embroidery. It works best for bold artwork where a stitched-look finish is preferred without conventional embroidery. PMS matching is not available, metallic colours cannot be reproduced and fine detail is not recommended.
DigiFlex Transfer: Branding area, 120mm x 70mm. DigiFlex Transfer is a direct-to-film digital transfer process for bag branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for full-colour designs, names or variable data when available. It uses water-based inks and requires one setup regardless of print colours. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and minimum detail is around 1mm.
Duffle Bag Construction
The duffle measures L 450mm x H 260mm x 270mm when open and has a 28L capacity. It is made from 210D polyester with polyester webbing handles.
The compact folded size is W 260mm x H 180mm x 45mm, excluding the handle. The carry pouch is part of the bag design and zips into the end of the duffle when the bag is being used.
