The Melrose Notebook is a medium approximately A5-size custom branded notebook with a hard cover, stitched soft PU finish and front pocket. It includes 160 leaves, giving 320 lined cream pages made from 80gsm offset paper.
It features rounded coloured page edges, a bookmark ribbon and an elastic loop closure. The cover thermo debosses to a two-tone finish and can be branded with one-colour pad print or Thermo Debossing.

Branding Options
Pad Print: Branding area is 50mm x 50mm, with one-colour branding available. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the soft PU cover and is suitable for sharp logos and text on this smaller branding area. It is best for simple one-colour artwork where the branding needs to stay within a compact cover position. Variable data such as individual names is not available, and PMS matching can be more difficult on darker or textured cover colours. Artwork should be supplied in editable vector format, with fonts converted to outlines or objects.
Thermo Debossing: Branding areas are 60mm x 50mm or 60mm x 95mm. Thermo Debossing uses heat and pressure to press artwork into the soft PU cover, creating permanent recessed branding that becomes part of the cover surface. The Melrose Notebook thermo debosses to a two-tone finish, giving the artwork a darker impression against the cover. This method is suited to simple logos, wordmarks and clean artwork where a subtle tone-on-tone finish is preferred. Very fine detail, gradients and variable data such as individual names are not suitable for this process.
