Ink is printed onto the timber surface for a crisp, flat mark in White, PMS 476 C, or Black as specified by the supplier. Best for simple logos and solid shapes where a clean contrast is desired on acacia. Not suitable for halftone gradients or variable data. Each colour requires a separate setup, and some inks may need curing time before dispatch.
Laser engraving (55 x 25mm on board, natural etch finish)
Artwork is etched into the acacia for a permanent, tone-on-wood result—ideal when durability and a natural look are priorities. Engraving follows the grain, so colour depth is the timber’s own contrast rather than added ink. Fine detail engraves well at this size, though ultra-small micro elements can soften. Care and Maintenance
