Junction Puffa Vest
Description
The Junction Puffa Vest is a classic fit vest in 100% polyester plain microfibre with a TPU coating, fully lined with taffeta and finished with quilted stitch detailing over poly-fill padding. It's water repellent to 10,000mm, trapping and holding heat as a perfect outer layer.
Branding is available using embroidery. A padded collar with a 3-piece tuck away adjustable hood adds coverage, while an exposed zippered plaquet with gunmetal dome closures and an external storm flap seal out the elements. Two zippered internal chest pockets, one with an internal audio port, plus two zippered side pockets cover storage. Available in Black and Navy, sizes XXS to 5XL, with XXS and XS cut in a slightly tapered fit for women.

Embroidery is an excellent way of branding apparel, offering higher perceived value and a depth of branding quality other processes cannot match. Embroidery uses rayon thread which is stitched into the product and has a slightly raised effect. Branding area is 100mm x 100mm.
Advantages
Only one setup charge applies per position for up to 12 thread colours.
Limitations
Only approximate PMS colour matches are possible, taken from our thread colour chart for the closest possible match.
Unable to print variable data such as individual naming.
Metallic embroidery colours have special pricing.
Artwork Requirements
Artwork must be supplied in editable vector format, with fonts converted to outlines to avoid font conflicts.
