Description
Jet Pen - Coloured Barrel is a retractable plastic ballpoint pen with a soft-touch grip and chrome trim. It is fitted with a blue or black refill containing 1200 metres of German manufactured Dokumental ink. The pen features a gloss finish barrel paired with a matt grip surface. A colour matched clip is integrated with the chrome trim details. Writing is delivered through a standard ballpoint mechanism with a 1mm nib. The pen may be supplied loose or presented in an optional pen sleeve.

Branding is available on Positions D and E on the pen with a maximum size of 50mm x 7mm, and on Position C with a maximum size of 25mm x 4mm. Pad print can also be applied to the cardboard pen sleeve with a branding area of 55mm x 20mm. Artwork is applied to the specified positions only.
Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen print applies ink around the curved pen barrel for even coverage. This method is suitable for bold artwork and larger print areas. Branding is applied to Position A on the pen with a maximum size of 45mm x 12mm. The process delivers consistent results across the gloss barrel finish. Artwork alignment follows the defined barrel position.
Direct Digital
Direct digital printing applies full colour artwork directly onto the pen without the need for print plates. This method supports detailed and multi-colour designs. Branding is applied to Positions D and E on the pen with a maximum size of 50mm x 6mm. Placement is limited to the specified barrel areas. Output quality depends on supplied digital artwork.
Digital Packaging Print
Digital packaging print applies full colour artwork directly onto the cardboard pen sleeve. This method allows detailed graphics and colour variation. Branding is applied to the cardboard pen sleeve with a maximum size of 80mm x 25mm and is available on natural sleeves only. Artwork is printed flat before sleeve assembly. The print area is fixed to the defined sleeve position.
