A knitted collar with reinforced herringbone tape on the inside neck seam is paired with a JB's three button placket, finished with a straight hem and side splits.

Embroidery stitches rayon thread directly into the fabric for a slightly raised, premium finish. It suits bold, clean logos and text well, with up to 12 thread colours available under one setup charge per position. It combines screen and digital printing with a printed white base, so logos, photographs and fine detail come through sharp and vibrant, and the colour stays true regardless of polo colour. One setup covers the whole design, however many colours it contains. Branding areas range from 100mm x 100mm up to A5 at 210mm x 150mm or 105mm x 300mm, and A4 at 300mm x 210mm or 420mm x 150mm.
