This Full Colour Umbrella is an affordable, full-size umbrella with automatic opening. The eight-panel canopy is 190T pongee, supported by 77cm fibreglass ribs and a black fibreglass shaft. Opened out, it measures 1300mm across and 1000mm long including the handle.
This umbrella is fully custom branded direct from the factory using dye sublimation print. The canopy panels are printed edge-to-edge in full colour before being cut, sewn and mounted onto the frame, giving vivid, closely matched colours with no ink build-up and no placement restrictions. Only one setup charge applies, regardless of the number of print colours. Production lead time is 25 working days by air freight, with sea freight available on request for larger orders.

Sublimation Print
This umbrella is custom branded direct from the factory using full colour dye sublimation print. Sublimation ink is printed onto transfer paper and heat-pressed onto the canopy fabric before it's cut, sewn and mounted onto the frame, so there's no ink build-up and the finished print is embedded in the fabric. It's ideal for vivid full colour images and closely matched spot colours, with true edge-to-edge coverage and no placement restrictions. Only one setup charge applies, regardless of the number of print colours. White, metallic and neon/fluorescent colours cannot be reproduced, and fine detail or text may show minor colour bleed across adjacent design elements. Artwork can be supplied as vector or bitmap (300DPI or higher at actual print size), with a 3mm bleed added where the design runs to the edge. Please refer to the supplied template for the full canopy artwork layout. Production lead time is 25 working days by air freight, with sea freight available on request for larger orders.
Materials
The canopy is made from 190T pongee, printed in full colour before assembly. It's supported by 77cm fibreglass ribs and a black fibreglass shaft. Tips are finished in zinc alloy, protecting the canopy fabric from wear at each contact point. The handle is a straight polypropylene grip, giving a comfortable, secure hold, and the umbrella opens to 1300mm across and 1000mm long including the handle.
