Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the polyester bag. It offers a larger branding area than the pouch print and is a cost-effective option for simple logos, text and bold artwork. Screen printing is best suited to designs that do not require fine full-colour detail. Each print colour requires its own setup and print pass, so artwork with fewer colours is usually more economical. The maximum bag branding area is 250mm x 180mm.
