Description
The Denim Notebook is a medium approximately A5-size custom branded notebook with a hard cover finished in denim fabric and a leather-look PU accent panel. It includes 80 leaves, giving 160 lined cream pages made from 70gsm offset paper.
A matching bookmark ribbon and elastic pen loop are included, and an optional full-colour paper belly band is also available. The cover can be branded with pad print, one-colour screen print, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery, debossing, foil printing or DigiFlex Transfer.

Branding Options
Pad Print: Branding areas are 65mm x 30mm on the front or back. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the notebook and is suitable for sharp logos and text on compact branding areas. Each colour requires its own setup charge.
Screen Print: Branding areas are 120mm x 45mm on the front or 125mm x 40mm on the back, with one-colour branding available. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen onto the notebook surface and works best for simple logos, text and bold one-colour artwork.
Colourflex Transfer: Branding areas are 120mm x 70mm on the front or back. Colourflex Transfer uses a CMYK+W digital transfer process and is suitable for full-colour logos, gradients and detailed artwork. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours.
Faux Embroidery: Branding areas are 120mm x 70mm on the front or back. Faux Embroidery gives artwork an embroidered-style look without stitched thread, making it suitable for bold, larger logos where a textured visual effect is wanted.
Debossing: Branding areas are 100mm x 30mm on the front or back. Debossing uses heat and pressure to press artwork into the cover surface, creating a permanent recessed impression. It works best with simple logos, wordmarks and clean artwork.
Foil Printing: Branding area is 70mm x 45mm on the front. Foil Printing applies metallic foil using heat and pressure, creating a decorative finish with higher perceived value. It is best suited to simple logos, initials, icons and clean artwork.
DigiFlex Transfer: Branding areas are 120mm x 70mm on the front or back. DigiFlex Transfer produces full-colour branding with a smooth, flexible finish and is suitable for detailed logos, gradients and colourful artwork on suitable notebook surfaces.
Optional Full-Colour Belly Band
An optional paper belly band is available for this notebook and wraps around the front and back cover. It gives you an extra branding area for campaign artwork, event messaging, sponsor logos, recipient details or a gift-style presentation while keeping the notebook cover branding simple.
Belly Band Digital Print
The belly band is printed in full colour using Digital Print, a CMYK print method used for paper media. It is ideal for complex images, illustrations, gradients and colourful brand artwork, with only one setup charge required regardless of the number of print colours. Individual names can also be added to the belly band at an additional charge, making it useful for personalised notebooks, event packs or client gifts.
Belly Band Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in vector or bitmap format. Bitmap artwork should be over 300DPI at actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added when the artwork runs off the edge of the belly band. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours are not available, and dark stock should be avoided because white ink cannot be printed underneath the artwork.
