The Cotton Mesh Foldaway Tote Bag - Small is a compact 3L reusable tote made from 100gsm unbleached cotton mesh. It measures 340mm x 260mm when open, excluding handles, and has a 435mm handle length.


The small cotton slip pocket can be used for storing cards, keys or the folded bag itself. This tote is part of the Impact Aware Collection because it is made with natural materials and can be branded on the pouch with screen print, Colourflex Transfer, Faux Embroidery or DigiFlex Transfer.

Branding Options

Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the cotton pouch. It is a cost-effective option for simple logos, text and bold artwork, with a 70mm x 45mm pouch branding area available. Each print colour requires its own setup and print pass, so artwork with fewer colours is usually more economical.


Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of the number of print colours. The maximum pouch branding area is 70mm x 45mm.


Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics traditional embroidery. It is suitable for bold artwork rather than fine detail. Pantone colour matching is not available, and stitch clarity reduces as the design gets smaller. The maximum pouch branding area is 70mm x 45mm.


DigiFlex Transfer is a direct-to-film digital transfer process used for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for full-colour artwork, names, numbering and other variable data. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. The maximum pouch branding area is 70mm x 45mm.


Materials & Construction

The bag is made from 100gsm unbleached cotton mesh, a natural material with an open mesh structure. The small cotton slip pocket is attached to the bag and also works as the storage pouch when the tote is folded away.
