The C of C 320g Popcorn Cotton Polo uses a 320gsm heavyweight 100% cotton popcorn knit in a classic fit, complying with Standard AS 4399:2020 for UPF sun protection. A flat knit collar and side split complete the design.
Fit and Care
Wash the C of C 320g Popcorn Cotton Polo before wearing, cold by hand or on a gentle machine cycle with similar colours, washing dark colours separately. Avoid soaking, bleaching, wringing or tumble drying, and dry in the shade. Iron warm on the reverse side, and do not dry clean

Embroidery stitches rayon thread directly into the fabric for a slightly raised, premium finish. It suits bold, clean logos and text well, with up to 12 thread colours available under one setup charge per position. Colour matching is approximate, taken from our thread colour chart rather than an exact PMS match, and variable data such as individual names isn't available. Metallic thread colours carry separate pricing. Branding area is 100mm x 100mm. Artwork should be supplied in editable vector format with fonts converted to outlines, and minimum text height is 4.5mm for sans serif fonts and 5.5mm for serif fonts.
