This beanie is branded by embroidery within a 100 x 50mm area. Use bold shapes and medium-weight letterforms for clarity on knit.
Technical notes:
- One setup charge per position covers up to 12 thread colours.
- Price includes embroidery up to 10,000 stitches; extra stitches charged per 5,000. If unsure of stitch count, contact us for an accurate quote.
- Thread colours match to the closest available thread tone; PMS matches are approximate.
- Gradients are not possible with embroidery. Use solid colours only.
- Minimum text height: 4.5 mm for sans serif; 5.5 mm for serif.
- Supply editable vector artwork; convert fonts to outlines.
- Metallic thread available with special pricing.
- Variable data, such as individual names, is not supported for embroidery.
Care and Wear
Cold gentle hand wash if the care label permits, then dry flat. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron embroidery, as heat can distort acrylic yarn and stitches. Store folded to avoid stretching the knit. If lint appears, use a fabric comb lightly and avoid hard brushing over the stitched logo. Reshape the pom gently after drying.
