Branding Options
Pad Print: Branding areas are 45mm x 15mm on the front, 35mm x 65mm on the front or back, and 50mm x 50mm on the front or back. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the notebook and is suitable for sharp logos and text on smaller branding areas. Each colour requires its own setup charge, and variable data such as individual names is not available.
Screen Print: Branding areas are 50mm x 180mm on the front or 100mm x 180mm on the back, with one-colour branding available. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the notebook cover and is suitable for simple logos, text and bold one-colour artwork. It gives a larger print area than pad printing, but is not intended for gradients or full-colour designs.
Laser Engraving: Branding area is 15mm x 45mm on the front bamboo panel. Laser engraving is a permanent branding process that engraves artwork into the bamboo using a laser. Bamboo is a natural material, so grain pattern, colour and engraving finish will vary between notebooks. Fine detail can be harder to reproduce in this small branding area.
Thermo Debossing: Branding areas are 50mm x 115mm on the front or 100mm x 90mm on the back. Thermo Debossing uses heat and pressure to press artwork into the thermo PU cover, creating permanent recessed branding that becomes part of the surface. The finish can be subtle on textured materials, so simple logos and clean artwork are recommended.
Thermo Debossing XL: Branding area is 100mm x 180mm on the back. This larger debossing option suits simple artwork that needs a bigger branding area on the notebook cover. It uses the same heat and pressure process as standard Thermo Debossing, creating a permanent impression in the cover. Fine detail, gradients and variable data such as individual names are not suitable for this process.
