Arizona Pen
Description
The Arizona Pen is a retractable aluminium ballpoint pen with a matt anodised barrel. It has shiny chrome trim on the clip and tip, creating contrast against the barrel finish. The pen uses a Parker-style plastic refill with 1200 metres of blue writing ink. A 1mm nib and tungsten carbide ball are included for standard ballpoint writing. The straight cylindrical barrel provides decoration space for pad print, rotary screen print or laser engraving. Laser engraving is available on the black pen only.

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink from an etched plate onto the pen surface. On the Arizona Pen, pad print branding is available in positions D and E, with a maximum branding area of 60 x 7mm. This method is suited to solid colour logos and text within the confirmed branding area. It is not suited to photographic artwork or full-colour gradients.
Rotary screen printing applies ink around the curved barrel using a screen process. On this pen, rotary screen print branding is available in position A, with a maximum branding area of 65 x 12mm. This method suits bold logos and simple artwork that need a wider barrel print area. It does not reproduce full-colour images or detailed gradients.
Laser engraving is a permanent branding process that removes the barrel surface using a laser. On the Arizona Pen, laser engraving is available in positions D and E, with a maximum branding area of 60 x 7mm, on the black pen only. The supplier-confirmed engraving finish is oxidised white, creating contrast against the black anodised barrel. This method suits logos, names and clean line artwork, but it does not reproduce colour.
