Description
The Kingston Notebook is a medium approximately A5-size custom branded notebook with a hard PU cover and rounded page edges. It includes 80 leaves, giving 160 lined white pages made from 70gsm offset paper.
It features an elastic closure band, bookmark ribbon and pen loop that are colour-matched to the cover. An optional full-colour paper belly band is also available, and the cover can be branded with pad print, one-colour screen print, Direct Digital, debossing, Debossing XL or foil printing.

Branding Options
Pad Print: Branding areas are 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the notebook cover and is suitable for sharp logos and text on smaller branding areas. Each colour requires its own setup charge, and variable data such as individual names is not available.
Screen Print: Branding areas are front 120mm x 190mm, one colour, and back 100mm x 190mm. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the notebook cover. It suits simple logos, text and bold spot-colour artwork, but not gradients, photos or full-colour designs.
Direct Digital: Branding area is 102mm x 190mm. Direct Digital prints artwork directly onto the notebook cover and is suitable for full-colour logos, fine detail, gradients and closely matched spot colour branding. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours.
Debossing: Branding area is 115mm x 90mm. Debossing uses heat and pressure to press artwork into the PU cover surface, creating a permanent recessed impression that becomes part of the notebook. Simple logos, wordmarks and clean artwork are recommended.
Debossing XL: Branding area is 115mm x 180mm. Debossing XL uses the same heat and pressure process as standard debossing but provides a larger cover branding area. It is suitable for simple artwork needing a bigger impression while keeping the branding permanent and built into the cover.
Foil Printing: Branding area is 70mm x 55mm. Foil Printing applies metallic foil using heat and pressure, creating a decorative finish with higher perceived value than standard ink branding. It works best with simple logos, initials, icons and clean artwork.
Optional Full-Colour Belly Band
An optional paper belly band is available for this notebook and wraps around the front and back cover. It gives you an extra branding area for campaign artwork, event messaging, sponsor logos, recipient details or a gift-style presentation while keeping the notebook cover branding simple.
Belly Band Digital Print
The belly band is printed in full colour using Digital Print, a CMYK print method used for paper media. It is ideal for complex images, illustrations, gradients and colourful brand artwork, with only one setup charge required regardless of the number of print colours. Individual names can also be added to the belly band at an additional charge, making it useful for personalised notebooks, event packs or client gifts.
Belly Band Artwork Requirements
Artwork can be supplied in vector or bitmap format. Bitmap artwork should be over 300DPI at actual print size, and a 3mm bleed should be added when the artwork runs off the edge of the belly band. Metallic, neon and fluorescent colours are not available, and dark stock should be avoided because white ink cannot be printed underneath the artwork.
