Description
The Hudson Notebook is an affordable medium-size custom branded notebook, approximately A5, with a soft PU cover and rounded page edges. It includes 80 leaves, giving 160 lined white pages made from 70gsm offset paper.
A colour-matched bookmark ribbon and elastic closure complement the notebook. The PU cover can be branded with pad print, one-colour screen print, Thermo Debossing, Thermo Debossing XL or foil printing.

Branding Options
Pad Print: Branding areas are 55mm x 55mm or 65mm x 35mm. Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer artwork onto the notebook cover and is suitable for sharp logos and text on smaller branding areas. Each colour requires its own setup charge, and variable data such as individual names is not available. PMS matching can be more difficult on darker cover colours.
Screen Print: Branding area is 110mm x 185mm, with one-colour branding available. Screen printing forces ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the notebook cover, giving a large area for simple artwork. It is best suited to bold logos, text and clean one-colour designs, but is not recommended for gradients, photos or full-colour artwork.
Thermo Debossing: Branding area is 100mm x 90mm. Thermo Debossing uses heat and pressure to press artwork into the PU cover, creating permanent recessed branding that becomes part of the surface. On this notebook, the cover debosses to a two-tone finish, with best results from simple logos, wordmarks and clean artwork.
Thermo Debossing XL: Branding area is 100mm x 175mm. Thermo Debossing XL uses the same heat and pressure process as standard Thermo Debossing but provides a larger branding area. It is suitable when simple artwork needs a bigger cover impression while keeping the branding permanent, subtle and built into the PU surface.
Foil Printing: Branding area is 70mm x 55mm. Foil Printing applies metallic foil using heat and pressure, creating a decorative finish with higher perceived value than standard ink branding. It works best with simple logos, initials, icons and clean artwork, while very fine lines and small text should be avoided for the best result.
