It is a cost-effective option for simple logos, text and bold one-colour artwork, with a 160mm x 180mm branding area available. Each print colour requires its own setup and print pass, so artwork with fewer colours is usually more economical.
Colourflex Transfer is a CMYK+W digital print process used for fabric branding. It is ideal for full-colour logos, complex artwork and approximate spot colour branding, producing a high-definition vibrant matt finish. Only one setup charge is required regardless of the number of print colours. The maximum branding area is 160mm x 180mm.
Embroidery uses rayon thread stitched into the tote bag, creating a slightly raised finish with higher perceived branding value than many print methods. It is best suited to simple logos, text and bold designs rather than fine detail. One setup charge applies per position for up to 12 thread colours, with only approximate PMS colour matching available. The maximum embroidery area is 100mm x 75mm.
Faux Embroidery is a Colourflex Transfer where artwork is digitised to create texture and depth that mimics traditional embroidery. It is suitable for tote bags and works best with bold, larger artwork rather than fine detail. Pantone colour matching is not available, and stitch clarity reduces as the design gets smaller. The maximum branding area is 160mm x 180mm.
DigiFlex Transfer is a direct-to-film digital transfer process used for fabric branding. It is economical for short runs and suitable for full-colour artwork, names, numbering and other variable data. Only one setup charge is required regardless of print colours. The maximum branding area is 160mm x 180mm.
